Is Rawhide a women only massage service?
Yes. Rawhide is a women only massage practice. This allows clients to fully relax into the session without explanation or discomfort. Safety, comfort, and clear boundaries are central to every appointment.
What type of massage do you offer?
Rawhide offers Swedish and relaxation massage only. This is a full body treatment focused on circulation, nervous system support, and muscular ease. It is not remedial or sports massage.
Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
For clinic appointments, simply arrive on time.
For mobile appointments, please ensure:
There is space for a full size massage table
Children and pets are kept away from the treatment area where possible
Parking details are shared in advance if needed
What should I wear?
You may undress to your level of comfort. You will be fully draped at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your comfort and consent are always prioritised.
Will you check in about pressure during the massage?
Yes. Pressure is adjusted based on your preferences and feedback. You are always welcome to ask for changes at any time during the session.
What if I have injuries or health considerations?
You will receive an intake form prior to your appointment where you can share relevant health information. Dee will also check in with you before the massage begins. Massage may be adapted or declined if it is not appropriate for your safety.
Is this massage therapeutic or medical?
Massage at Rawhide is provided for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical treatment and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of illness.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or credit.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time are non refundable.
How do I book?
All appointments are booked online through the booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
es. Digital gift vouchers are available and can be used for any Rawhide massage service.
